Every member of our team plays a role in closing the carbon loop — from working with farmers in the field to developing biochar systems, renewable fuels, and verified carbon projects. What connects us all is a commitment to integrity, innovation, and measurable impact.
Founded by siblings Neha and Gautam Agarwal, Climovate reflects a collective vision shaped by collaboration and guided by the mentorship of Mr. S. K. Agarwal and Mr. Sompal Shashtri, whose leadership and experience continue to inspire the organization’s mission of sustainable transformation.
Neha Agarwal
Co-Founder & CEO
An economist and sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience across e-governance, banking, and rural development. Neha brings a deep understanding of socio-economic systems to climate action. As Co-Founder of GreenStories.co.in and MyGreenStore, she champions circular economy models and inclusive green growth.
Focus Areas: Sustainability strategy, partnerships, circular economy integration, and ESG innovation.
Gautam Agarwal
Co-Founder & CTO
An engineer and clean energy entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in rural electrification, digital payments, and e-governance. Gautam leads technology innovation at Climovate, driving R&D in biochar systems, biomass conversion, and carbon credit modeling. He is also the Founder & CEO of MyGreenStore, India’s leading platform for sustainable gardening and green products.
Focus Areas: Biochar technology, biomass logistics, carbon credit systems, and process engineering.
